i noticed this too.  there was definitely a change between last year
(about 8 mo or so ago) when I bought some and just a few weeks ago. 
grrr

exactly!   there is one that looks like that....iirc, it's the Maws
'regular' (not wide) nipple.  but the problem is that it's a cross cut
nipple that you can supposedly adjust the flow.   but really, it's
always pretty fast.   great shape though.   longer 'base' so that they
mouth can be open as far down as needed without running  into the
collar of the bottle.   doesn't matter though.  too fast really.
