Please call 1-800-422-9567, Baylor Hospital, Dallas.  They offer
expanded newborn screening services and some results come back as
quickly as one day.  Good luck.  By the way, many mothers of twins born
prematurely successfully pump for extended periods of time, often
without ever having put a baby to breast.
