From what i've understand in cow's the disease settles in the bone, and brains,
not in the blood and lymphes, and therefore does not transfer via milk (as far as
one assumes now). However in humans -and in some  nimals too- the disease settles
in the blood and in the lymphes. So I guess that human milk migth be able to
transfer the disease if the mother has Creutzberg-Jacobs.
