Yes, it is normally in the Columbus Dispatch. My 10-year-old son, who
pays a lot of attention to comics, says that one comic is left out of
the Sunday comics each week (to make room for advertisements in the
middle of the comics, yuck), so I suppose they can claim that it is a
coincidence. I don't believe that it is, though! I have found this
newspaper extremely friendly to the folks at Abbott/Ross.
