I work with this clientel, Orthodox mothers with very large families  who
many of them also work...and funny enough I even fit into that category
myself!  (although as I just have 4 kids and am in the begining of my child
bearing years at 29yrs old...my family is considered small..., I don't
qualify as large family yet...In my culture that is 8 kids or more!)
In my lectures I always talk about LAM method- most mothers never use birth
control.
I tell them you will have more energy if you use this method properly,
because you will not be pregnant right away.
I speak about ideas of how you can rest and still nurse-co-sleeping, nurse
laying down, etc.
How to nurse with tons of other kids around-special "nursing toys" for
other kids to do while you sit on the couch...only to be played with when
mom nurses.
SELF CONFIDENCE!
This is how you were created, you can succeed, why would G-d want you to do
something you cannot manage? (according to Jewish Law a woman should nurse
until 2 years)  .  I get them to realize that this is normal and bottles
are not.
Going back to work,
And LATCH!
I see the most horrible postioning on mothers that have 10 or more kids-
and then they wonder why they only managed to nure for 2-3 months.
