I've been asked by an IBCLC who is writing a grant if we have any examples
of job descriptions AND salary ranges for positions for IBCLCs - who are NOT
RD or RN.  Their Human Resources people require this!

I have a few job descriptions, but not with salary ranges.  I know that IS
the way all the jobs in my agency (health department) are posted - title,
salary range, job description, minimum requirements, "nice to have" - so it
makes sense they need this information.

Of course she knows it has to be related to location - salaries in New
Jersey vs California vs Missouri vs Puerto Rico (I've worked in all those
areas), however, the geographic changes are easily done through information
on the Internet on cost of living comparisons.
