Kiersten Israel-Ballard DrPH and her two incredible interns, discussed this
topic at the HMBANA conference last week, *Regulatory Processes in Human
Milk  Banks: Food vs. Tissue*. She is the PATH Team Lead for the Maternal
and Child Health and Nutrition Program. She said you can access the
extensive framework that they have developed on the PATH website. There was
even a panel from various parts of the world giving their opinions on the
implication of food vs. tissue vs. therapeutic substance.  You can
find Kiersten on LinkedIn and Facebook also.
