the Safe Motherhood initiative/ White Ribbon Alliance has formed a Women Infant Service Package document which outlines preparedness and disaster strategies including safe and appropriate infant feeding ( breastfeeding).

Betsy McCallon at WRA leads the working group on WISP.

ACNM is also part of the document, and I imagine that they too would might be interested,  Robbie Prepas or Lisa Summers would be the 2 to consult on that at ACNM www.acnm.org  or email me directly and I can give you their contact info.

Also the American Public Health Association would be a good ally as well , I am a member of the MCH section and would be happy to find the right person to forward it to.
