The woman quoted in the article was paraphrased, "Women should not feel
guilty -- or that they are going to be at a greatly increased risk for
breast cancer -- if they choose not to breastfeed, she says."
I don't think guilty is the word for what she will feel as she begins to
fear breast cancer and regrets her decision not to breastfeed; Many words
come to mind, like sheepish, embarrassed, humbled, but guilty does not seem
to be the first or the most prominent feeling imho.

They always have to discount the few pieces of hard evidence we have!
