hi! everyone
I just wanted to comment on the pedi. and night feedings. I am not
addressing the dental caries, I do want to address co-sleeping, breastfeeding
and the reduction of SIDS. Dr. James McKenna of University of Notre Dame has
done the latest research on these these interconnected topics. In his
article Bedsharing Promotes Breastfeeding is in PEDIATRICS Vol.100 No.2 August
1997. Share this with your old Pedi. maybe he will be singing a new tune.

I spoke with Dr. McKenna after a conference about setting up a lactation room
at ND and he said he would he me anyway he could. What an advocate! Thanks
Dr. McKenna.
