I gave a lecture several years ago at a LLL Leader Development Seminar 
on breastfeeding and breastmilk feeding. I gave the lecture b/c more 
and more women consider this option, although most do not follow 
through. I wanted Leaders to understand that there are cases where this 
really is the only workable option and that there are ways to optimize 
the outcome for these moms. I also wanted attendees to understand that 
there are significant differences between the two. When we consider 
just the issue of feeding behaviour modulating composition, we would 
have to acknowledge that there are going to be significant differences.
