CBS News (Network) aired a short story this evening on the FDA's decision to
recommend DHA be added to formula in the US as it has been in 60 countries.
There was little mention of breastfeeding except to say that breastmilk
contains DHA and formula does not. One holistic pediatrician was quoted as
saying that formula "is junk food for infants" but the segment led one to
believe that if DHA (plus 5 other ingredients under consideration by the FDA)
were added, it would not be "junk food."

Anyone see it? Opinions?

Yours,
