Judy I think we know from Jane Morton's research now that Massage and compression are so important to increasing yield with any electric breast pump that if she goes with the Hygiea Q I would have her watch her video. You can google Jane Morton Stanford Expressing breast milk And it is 2nd or. 3rd hit.

Have you checked for a tight "lip tie" often present with TTie and can cause just as much problem with tension in the system I.e. neck upper shoulder tension. I would direct you to the Assosciation for TTie professionals or Jennifer Tow's website . As a CST practitioner myself it works wonders in a short time but when there is significant alteration in how the baby was developing in uterine ie breech positioning the fascia needs time to unwind. Lots of skin to skin and relaxed tummy time on parents chest with encouragement to extend head And neck , also gentle infant massage with oil like in the Indian tradition is a good complement to CST when working with stiff and misaligned fascia

Hope this helps
