I believe the new book you have been discussing is the second edition of
this -- I went to a workshop with the group who produced it and just missed
the book launch in a London bookshop.  My understanding is that the second
edition (finished in August) is revised in a variety of ways.  (The
authorship is different too, with Solveig still the first author)
