Sounds like a good paper, Valerie....it's a bit like Raisler et al's
Breastfeeding and Infant Illness: a dose response relationship.
American Jourmal of Public Helth Jan 1999 pp 25-30, the abstract only
of which I have seen.  It's from the US National Maternal and Infant
Health Survey of 7092 babies born in 1988.

This might be a well known one to people on this list, sorry...but I
haven't seen it cited very much here (UK), but that might be because
UK papers tend to cite other UK papers.
