She could stop pumping gradually, buy pumping a few less minutes each 
night until she's down to just 2-3 minutes, and then stop. When she 
stops, she might want to sleep on a towel for a few nights in case she 
leaks a lot. Her breasts should adjust...
Or, she could just "go for it" and see what happens. Usually it just 
takes a night or two to adjust. She can also consider waking the baby to 
bf just before she goes to bed, so that her breasts are as empty as 
possible.
