These are especially for babies with poor suck but good enough compression skills--e.g. cleft palates (remember that most cleft lip babies do well with breastfeeding)

Some preemies might do well on these, since the nipple is softer than the Haberman, and they may be a stepping stone to appropriate feeding at the breast.
   I wonder if any NICUs are using these?
