Jay,
If your patient is going to try this, I would suggest she use the  
domperidone (skip the reglan), use herbs, such as More MIlk Plus and  
use a homeopathic HGH. It would be the safest way to go as there  
would be no interactions and from the research I have done, i think  
it might well be the most effective. I am very interested to see how  
this would work.
