Andrea, 
    I now do a little of what other have done. Last year all the LC's and 
managers nominated 3 nurses-one from each shift- and awarded them a certificate 
and little prizes from Noodle Soup. I also put several posters from Noodle Soup 
about WBW and the benefits of BF in our waiting room on the OB unit. My 
manager said I could have it up for a month. Through benign neglect, it is still 
there for all visitors and family members to read. This year we plan to do the 
same but also I plan to put up a display near the cafeteria with info on our 
new Lacation Corner retail business, info about our services and equipment, and 
interesting articles/ facts. There will be handouts and other BF goodies. I 
plan to increase what we do each year as I get better organized.
