Dear Crystal,

I would be seriously surprised if there are any legal requirements for a
breastfeeding room. In fact, even in the states that now mandate employers
provide space for mothers to pump, they are not indicating what that room
should or should not include. Except that many states are requiring it not
be a toilet stall, thankfully. Personally, I think a clean, nice, private
room would be wonderful. At a minimum it should probably have an inside
lock for the mother's comfort, a comfortable place to sit, and an electrical
outlet. A table would be wonderful as well. You can build from there and
consider a refrigerator and a sink, if possible, in the future.
