There was a study that showed that exclusively breastfed babies have a
greatly enhanced immunological response to certain vaccines compared to
those who were formula-fed, so more bang for the buck.

Another study showed that exclusively breastfed babies are much less likely
to develop a fever after vaccination compared to their formula-fed
counterparts.

The effectiveness of some oral vaccines seem to be suppressed if they come
in contact with breastmilk, so mothers are asked not to nurse their babies
directly before or after these are given.

So, all in all, can't say that there is any reason that breastfeeding
should affect a vaccination schedule.
