My favorite nipple eversion technique is to have moms pull out one of there
old pre pregnant bras that are tight and make a tiny hole in the cups
where their nipple is.  If they are really clever I have them make
a small button hole in it so it doesn't get too stretched out.  It's cheap
and easy and works great, and let's face it, most of us have some of those
old relic bras still in our drawer that we'd love to mutilate!
