You are absolutely right.  Pat Bull and I did this research in 1987; we did it
with working moms in mind (the ones that have to take the train into Chicago
and are gone a total of 12 hours....).

Some of the room temp milks had less bacteria than some of the refrigerated
milks.  We tested 30 moms, using clean containers, not sterile, BTW.

Jan Barger -- who has never done another bonafide research study since then.
