Last week I attended a workshop given by two IBCLC's.  They said that the new
standard for return to birth weight is 5 days, and that with proper
breastfeeding management, infants should not lose any weight at all. Is this
what everyone else is saying ?
They also said cabbage is not recommended because it has not been researched
and no studies show that this works and may even be dangerous due to
pesticides on it, including e coli which can be fatal to infants. Again, what
 do ya'll say about these topics.
