     I always tell moms not to give up.  They sometimes have this idea that it will magically go away and never come back.  It takes some time for supply to regulate.  As long as she can stay comfortable and is improving, no signs/sxs mastitis, etc., she's making progress.

Continue what she's doing, pumping minimally because she's right, it sometimes just makes it worse.  She can continue using the sage tea.  She could also chew on some strong mints throughout the day. 

I'm always a little reluctant to mess around with milk supply too much in the early weeks.  While baby may take a couple ounces now, she'll need more than that in the not too distant future.
