  the pharm. on line can answer more appropriately the issue of  this
solution for skin... but my concern would be what is it suspended in>? if it
is suspended in alcolhol as many things are and her nipple/areola is
irritated this is acerbate the situation.

   she could try lotrmin or calendula...

    i have had better luck recently with referal to a derrmatologist who will
treat both.,
