NRP (Neonatal Resuscutation Program) might have some ties with the formula 
company, but the individual courses taught at the hospitals and required at 
most hospitals for nurses working with newborns are fully funded by the 
hospital.   

I am a NRP instructor.  We had to purchase all of our training material (about 
$1000 worth!!).  My time is compensated by the hospital and no where in the 
material is formula mentioned.  

I am not sure what part the formula company is funding, but it is not the end 
user who is receiving any funding.
