On the IBLCE website, on the pathway F page, is this statement:

Pathway F – The Clinical Competencies Pathway

For applicants seeking eligibility for the 2006 exam, the final year of an
experimental pathway is available. It is known as Pathway F, or the “Clinical
Competencies” Pathway. Please note that Pathway F will be discontinued after the
2006 exam so that the data can be reviewed. It is not known at this time
whether a similar "Clinical Competencies" pathway will be offered at a later date.
Applicants who will not be ready to take the exam in 2006 must qualify using
one of the other pathways.

The final date for Pathway F plans to be submitted for approval is August 31,
2005. ALL Pathway F requirements (including educational requirements and
complete, detailed practice records) must be completed before the May 15, 2006
exam deadline. Given than most students take a year or more to complete the
pathway F requirements, it is unrealistic for any but the most experienced
students to expect to qualify using Pathway F at this late date.
