Linda Smith's book has awesome ideas; I also used to do a little more interactive "game type" things than currently since we're usually pressed for time and some of today's new parents prefer a "no nonsense" class approach. One of my favorite things to do back in the day was to pass around a small box of things that had something to do with breastfeeding and ask each couple to pick something and then we'd talk about what it has to do with breastfeeding.

There are some very good ideas on various WIC websites, too.
