Susan, it's been my experience that many teens will initiate breastfeeding, but 
it takes a ton of support through those first 4-6 days, to overcome fatigue 
and well intentioned family and friends. Wonder if their group could do daily 
visits through 10 days or so? My daugher is in a group like this, and they were 
great on infant development, but she taught them about breastfeeding. Deb
