dr. jeffrey leider, ent - in farmington, mi. (his # is 248.615.4368)  
is my best guy to send lip ties and tongue ties to. he does do labial  
frenulums, but insurance might not pay as they may consider it a  
dental procedure. in which case i refer moms to dr. hildebrand in mt.  
clemens. he is an oral surgeon. 586.228.9070. hope this helps!
