Hi Pam

Yes, HMF has been used here in South Africa for some time. Not everywhere
and its use seems to be confined to micro-premies. But this is my view of
my little bit of South Africa, it may be different elsewhere in the country.
A present client of mine gave birth at 26 weeks (640 gms) and on day 4 her
baby was receiving 0.5ml of EBM *with* fortifier.
