I agree with Virginia, I don't see soy or rice as juice.  When I tell my 
Mexican patients to make rice water for their babies with diarrhea they know 
exactly what I mean.  If you add a couple of pinches of sugar and one of 
salt - voila cheap ****lyte :-)

So soy **** or rice **** are really liquified soy or rice.  I guess 
promoters realize that rice water and soy water just will not sell to the 
stupid Americans
