Hello Wise Ones,

A question re: "engorgement".  If a mother presents with full blown 
engorgement, is that always a sign that there is major milk production? Is 
it possible to have fairly significant engorgement without milk production?  
(Lots more to this story - just wanting you all to respond based on 
experience or cases you might know of....)
