We just had a baby who would not gain well despite the fact she would
take good amounts at the breast.  She turned yellow at 2 months of age,
and was diagnosed with biliary atresia...another cause of FTT.  We are
now using bottles of expressed milk and added MCT oil to get her to
gain.
