I've always wondered if we might make more progress if we spent some of our
effort mobilizing the formula feeding moms to protest the fact that they are
actually paying for all the "breastfeeding support"!  Wouldn't we object if
we perceived that we were paying more for a Ford so that Ford Motor Company
was paying to "promote" Chevys?

 

Of course, we know that breastfeeding/formula feeding isn't the same
comparison as one car company vs another, but unfortunately, most formula
feeders have been convinced it is.  And with formula we know that in the
long run they are really trying to sell their own product-another fact that
is lost of much of the public.
