The simplest thing is to use More Milk or More Milk Plus (with fenugreek
added). More Milk has blessed thistle, nettle, and fennel seed. More Milk
Plus addes fenugreek to the other three.

You or the mother can order it from the company by calling (888)209-8321.

I have used the tincture with great success for several years. The company
sends you a dosage card.
