When it was first added to formula, I noticed a marked increase in reflux. 
One by one each company added it, until there were no DHA/ARA free formulas 
to offer.  (No flames please, this was an inner city  office with very  low 
BF rates. Additionally, at that time WIC stopped letting their LC see moms 
in the hospital, so by the time I saw moms in the office BF was already over
