Dear Barbara, I like your  reason for referral.  "Anytime pedi thinks
formula = referral."  Makes it easy for the pedi to remember, short and
sweet.  No long check lists or second guessing.  "If in my medical opinion
this baby needs supplementation, then this couplet needs to see an LC."  "If
supp is absolutely needed then LC will see that it is handled in the least
disruptive to BF manner possible for these circumstances. "  I love it,
