Just checking to be sure...any contraindications to use of herbal
galctagogues (goat's rue, fenugreek. blessed thistle) and antihypertensives?

Mom in question is taking Norvasc, calcium channel blocker, according to Hale
and also to be used with caution with breastfeeding, so am trying to reach
mom and inform her.  Any experience to the contrary anyone?  (it seems
accorfding to Hale's books that there are more appropriate channnel
blockers-when this type of antihypertensive needed-and will encourage mom to
contact her internist with this info).  Just would like others opinion, as
well.
