Just today a mother told me that she had figured out what was causing her
almost weekly plugged ducts. She says that if she bumps or bruises her
breast in any way the next day she will have a plugged duct there. It took
her a while to connect the two but just proved it to herself when she banged
and abraded her breast on the baby's crib and the next day had a line of
clogged ducts along the abrasion.
