Yes, that's my experience, too.

Worse, though, and sadder,  is some mothers then actually feel very
angry (and I mean *very* angry) towards people who support
breastfeeding, and any 'breastfeeding has health benefits' message,
and even other breastfeeding mothers...and even people who tried to
help them (maybe they didn't help them very well, of course).  They
accuse these people of 'making me feel guilty' . For an example of

How can we turn this righteous anger and disappointment towards the
people and the systems that deserve it?
