Hi there
LLL makes lots of leaflets that address such issue. One, for example, is for
families with mulitples- a tear off pad that's got practical advice on the
reverse. "To the grandmother of the breastfed baby"  
is also helpful and as far as I know LLL still produces it. Diane
Weissingers writings also address some of these issues (Thanks Diane!)
