  thank you for the following post.... it , along with the others that were
shared and coming after Leslies incredible sharing made me wonder if a
fathers insistance on feeding may not in some cases be an attempt to take
from mom what she has to herself...

  ... interesting that men want to take the breastfeeding and not the
dishes!..

   we do , as you said develop different reltaionships with our children. My
husband and my eldest share a interest that I am not a part of, am i jealous?
not really I have a different relationship with my son and share other
things... as it should be.

<< I do not believe that Fathers need to feed to be close to their
children!!!!
 This is a con - fathers can do our own stuff with our children that enable
 us to develop our relationship with our children as men!! >>
