Then the extra programs needed for hospital practice in US should NOT be a 
regular part of the requirements for IBCLCs.  That is over and above.   If 
you want to work in a hospital it is your own responsibilty to meet these 
requiements.  It is not IBLCE's job to impose them on all IBCLCs.
