less invasive and doesn't cut milk ducts or remove glandular tissue."

With the diagrams provided by Hartmann (and yes, it IS a pity that so much
funding is via Medela, but I just got denied a government grant, so can
understand clearly why we go to them!), this promise of NOT "cutting milk
ducts or removing glandular tissue" is clearly untrue.

We need to be careful not to proliferate misinformation - to the detriment
of young women who ask us "can I have a breast reduction and still
breastfeed...as long as my milk ducts and glandular tissue aren't affected?"

Had just such a question posed to me by a young unmarried woman - luckily
she ASKED - because since then she has had a baby and is still breastfeeding
him after a year - despite serious challenges the first three months.
