If someone can refer this question to Dr. Larry Gartner, we'd get an answer that would carry some weight; if there's an expert on BF and jaundice, I think he's it.
My personal answer would be no, I would not take this baby off the breast for a bili at that level, certainly not for diagnosis (if diagnosed, what would we do differently? - hopefully nothing, wait and watch for it to go away), and I don't think breastmilk jaundice (my guess) is a danger to the baby anyway.  I do think it should be monitored, though on the off chance that it's something else.  Dr. Gartner, are you out there.....?
