Absolutely, Karleen....it's also about the idea that mothers who do 
one thing are inevitably smug and feel themselves morally superior to 
mothers who do something else.

As I have said....I don't see this happening as a regular thing 
myself, and I see the constant accusations that mothers do this as 
yet another women-belittling 'put down' .

Michele, your colleague may need some training and some practice in 
supporting breastfeeding in a way that is not judgmental, but she 
won't get any lessons from the video.

In fact, I would say video is not the way to address professional 
concerns like this - I reckon your colleague would be justified in 
feeling very undermined and disempowered if she was at the centre of 
a 'video clip war' :( :(  It's not a fair, or effective, way of 
improving her work.
