Yes, this was in our city a couple of years ago. I blogged the news coverage
at the time, and although the story is no longer available, my blog excerpt
is still in the archive (see below). They did reference milk banking but it
could have been a stronger reference. However, I doubt the reporter would
have seen this story as appropriate illustration of the necessity of milk
banking, as Cherilyn's baby was 8-9 months when she became ill.
