This is far more a metric for how bees are being managed when faced with [checks USDA Honey Report for 12/2023...] $1.35 - $1.45 per lb honey from Argentina, when the Argentinian peso when from about 450 to the US dollar in May 2023 to over 800 per US dollar by Jan 2024.  Down in Ushuaia, US dollars were gleefully accepted just last month as equal to 1000 pesos, if one paid in cash in US dollars.  Euros did about the same.  It made the math very simple.

So, "Variation in honey yields can be explained by ECONOMIC factors."
